Foundation Purpose
The gens gastronomica foundation aims to holistically and sustainably strengthen the gastronomy sector in Switzerland. At its core is the promotion of vocational education and training for professionals, as well as support for people who are new to the industry.
Furthermore, the foundation is committed to projects that promote ecological, social, and economic sustainability in gastronomy. Through collaborations with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations, gens gastronomica helps secure the sector’s innovation capacity and future viability.
